My top 5 Christmas Movies #blogmasday3

Hey guys!
Can't believe it is already the 3rd of December! I have a feeling it's going to be Christmas in no time at all which is exciting because I have a lot planned and I can't wait to start giving people their presents and snuggling back home watching good ol' christmas TV with the parents and grandparents! So on the note of Christmas TV I thought I would share with you guys my top 5 FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS MOVIES!!!

5. ELF (2003)

Okay, so this is number 5, I know for a lot of people it's number one but I couldn't put it above the others. I've watched Elf a couple of times now and it definitely starts getting me into the christmas spirit, it's also such a good story line and can be very funny at times, too top it off Zooey Deschanel is in it!

4. LOVE ACTUALLY (2003)

I love this film so much! Although it's not a true christmas film it is set on the run up to christmas and features a mix of humour and romance and I just think you can't beat a good romance! I watched this recently because I was shocked to find out Alex hadn't watched it. A brilliant movie to snuggle in with someone special this holiday season!

3. NATIONAL LAMPOONS CHRISTMAS VACATION (1989)

As I made Alex watch Love Actually this year he made me watch his ALL TIME favourite christmas movie. Now it didn't quite make the cut for me but it was definitely and hilarious and brilliant film. I found it was one of those films where you could put yourself in that situation or you knew someone who was exactly like that which I love! Definitely comes highly recommended!!

2. THE GRINCH (2000)

This is a film I have been watching since I was a little girl and I just think it is the best! As a kid the thought of christmas being stolen was just unheard of so after watching The Grinch for the first time it was definitely an eye opener! The songs a really catchy as well and I still know them to this day, also the dog in it is so cute!

1. THE SANTA CLAUSE (1994)

HO HO HO! This is my ALL TIME favourite Christmas movie! I mean seriously who wouldn't want SANTA to be their father! This was brought out the year I was born but I don't remember watching it until I was around 5/6 and I thought it was brilliant and still do! Theres a bit of a love story as always but of course the main storyline is the best! This is guaranteed to get you into a christmassy mood ready for the festive season! Best watched a week before christmas to get you even more excited about the following week!

So that's my top 5 what are yours? I'd love to hear them :)

Keep Smiling!

Great list! Elf, Love Actually and The Grinch are definitely three of my favorites. :)
