Handmade Notice Board

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a few days it's because I have been very busy crafting and creating new things to go into my university room at the end of September. I brought my first sewing machine but I'll do it's own post, firstly onto my first project which was creating a homemade notice board.

I basically brought some fabric (Cath Kidston), Ribbon (John Lewis), Pegs and upholstery pins. My dad then cut a piece of spare MDF to size and help my hammer in the pegs with the material around some wadding on top, this gave the quilted look. We then added the ribbon and I added a few crafts that I brought just to give it a personal touch.

I can't wait to get this into my room and start using it! I think it looks really cute and is actually very easy and cheap to make!

Keep Smiling!
